FILLING

Our indoor silos SFLEX can be filled via pneumatic pressure or vacuum conveying.

When filling with pneumatic pressure conveying (silo vehicles, mobile positive conveying units, ...) with pressures of 0.3–1.5 bar, we prefer using filling pipes with a cross-section of DN100. The filling pipes can be brought together centrally at a coupling point, if needed. Filling can take place by means of silo vehicles. For filling from 25 kg bags or big bags, we offer high-performance mobile positive conveying units with throughputs of up to approx. 9 tonnes/h.

For integration in central material feeding systems, SFLEX indoor silos are often filled with vacuum hopper loaders. For this we offer attachment options with a large number of adapter plates that are suitable for your vacuum hopper loader. Get in touch with us if you don't see your specific fitting dimension.
